Have questions?

How much does it cost for customers?

Nothing. The platform is completely free for customers. You don't need an account to find a professional — just search and contact.

How much does it cost for professionals?

From €2.75/month with the annual plan (Intro Price). The first 3 months are completely free, no credit card. After the free period, choose a plan or your profile stops appearing (it isn't deleted).

How do I pay the professional?

Directly — cash, card or bank transfer. Trustia doesn't handle payments and takes no commission. You and the professional arrange payment between yourselves.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free and can be done anytime from the booking page. Cancellations appear in history for community transparency.

How do reviews work?

There are three review types with different weights: ✓ Verified (from a completed booking, weight 2×), 🔗 Invited (via professional's invite link, weight 1×) and User (any registered user, weight 0.5×). The rating is a weighted average.

Is it safe?

All professionals have a public profile with reviews from real customers. We don't pre-verify identity, but the review system and profile transparency (phone, city, category) help you make an informed decision.
